New Scout Signup
Do you know any boys that are not currently involved in scouting that may be interested in joining? Do you know any soon to be 1st graders? If so, please tell them about Cub Scouts. Word of mouth is the best way to attract new scouts. Please help the Pack Grow by spreading the word about our Pack. Feel free to give anyone who wants more information my home phone number (367-6122). I would be happy to talk to them.

At All Pack Meetings:
Next Pack meeting - Tuesday January 22tndat 7 PM at St. Pauls.
Blue Pack 85 "Class B" t-shirts will be available for purchase for $6 each for all boys and adults who would like them.
There will be a lot of business scheduled for the evening as well as a presentation about Summer Camp at Camp Mack. The business will include collecting annual dues as well as signing up and collecting fees for upcoming activities. The following is a breakdown of the fees/signups:
- $20 Annual Dues (scout receives Pinewood Derby Car upon payment of required dues)
- $12 Boys Life Subscription (optional)
- $5 per adult attending the Blue & Gold Banquet (scouts/siblings are free)
- $5 per additional Pinewood Derby Car for adult/sibling competition
Please arrive early if you can so we can take care of the business without disturbing the Pack Meeting. The fees can be paid with cash or with one check made out to Pack 85.
This Pack meeting is the last opportunity to earn non-rank awards until the March Pack meeting. All rank awards will be held and distributed at the Blue & Gold Banquet. Please let your Den Leader know of any awards that your son has earned and not received by next Tuesday (1/15/13). Den Leaders, please send your award requests to Brenda Spiker (97Mrs.Mac@gmail.com ) (please note new e-mail address) no later than the end of the day on Wednesday (1/16/13) so she can purchase them in time for the Pack Meeting.
Next Committee Meeting - Will be 6:30 February 3rd at Sabrina Morrow’s House (301 N. Locust St., E-Town). All Den Leaders are encouraged to attend. All parents are welcome to attend.
