Pack 85 − November Cub-O-Gram

Next Pack Meeting: Tuesday November 25th at 7pm at St. Paul's UM Church. We will be downstairs. Scouts should wear their Class A uniform. Bring old coats and or old blankets gently used so we can reuse them by donating them to those in need.

Next Committee Meeting: Sunday December 7th at 7pm at Eric Kreiser's house.

−−−Bag drop off: Saturday Nov 8th 9 AM at St. Paul's UMC− (Cindy Shultz will be handing out bags and routes.)

−−−Pick-up: The following Saturday− Nov. 15th. 9 AM− (You only need to come to the church if you have not picked up a route the week of the 8th.)

−−−For those of you who are new to this, this is an annual food drive supporting the Elizabethtown Area Food Bank. You will be given a route (i.e. street/streets) to deliver bags to...you simply hang a bag on each door... and come back the next week and collect and bags left outside with food items

Popcorn Pickup: November 15th from 9am to 11am at St. Paul's UMC. Make sure you pickup your orders. If you are unable to pickup your order, MAKE ARRANGEMENTS WITH SOMEONE TO GET IT FOR YOU!!! Top selling scout and top selling Den for Pack 85 will be announced at the Pack Meeting.

Webelos Camp @ James Buchanan's Wheatland Estate: November 7-9.

Elizabethtown Christmas Parade: December 5th. Scouts will be working on their costume during den meetings and will finalize at the November Pack Meeting.

Laser Dome: December 2nd from 6:20pm to 8:20pm @ Laserdome(just off 283 heading toward Lancaster). Open to all scouts(siblings/parents based on availability). Includes: 40 minute Laser Tag session, 10 Arcade Tokens, 2 slices of pizza, and a soda. Cost is $7 per scout and $14 for anyone else (per person price is $14, but Pack 85 is paying half of the admission price for registered scouts).

Fall Family Camp: November 21-23 @ Camp Tuckahoe (south of Dillsburg).

It is NOT too late to signup for family camp.

The cost is $10 per person. This is truly a family event... all are welcome.

The pack has rented the Frontier Fort, and also a tent site.

1. Friday Evening − Arrive/Setup (Eat before coming... or pack something along)
2. Satuday
1. Breakfast and Lunch... Families are on their own... but Dens are encouraged to "work together".
2. Dinner − Pack will provide everything needed.
3. The Dens should use this time to work on requirements/electives... but remember... keep it FUN.
4. Because of the camps proximity to Gettysburg... and because there is a 5 piece patch that the scouts can earn... many of us will be taking a "day trip" to the battlefield to achieve another section.
3. Sunday
1. cleanup/pack up/ break camp
2. Dens are again encouraged to "work together" for breakfast.
3. Many will again travel to the battlefield
